Anger is an acid that can do more harm to the vessel in which it is stored than to anything on which it is poured.Mark Twain

When we struggle to manage our anger, it's a sign that we are feeling battered by life. Our anger becomes a defence mechanism and a coping strategy.

If this sounds like you, I've previously posted the NHS guidance. Here are some steps I'd recommend:

Make sure you are getting your sleep

Take time out for yourself

Take a breath before you respond when you feel triggered

Look out for the things that make you happy
