When we struggle to manage our anger, it's a sign that we are feeling battered by life. Our anger becomes a defence mechanism and a coping strategy.

Make sure you are getting your sleep

Take time out for yourself

Take a breath before you respond when you feel triggered

Look out for the things that make you happy
