It's June, and I'm going to talk about STRESS

As ever, I want to start by signposting you to the NHS, and I want to remind you that nothing I talk about on here replaces an honest conversation with your GP.



That said, hypnotherapy cam be a HUGE help for someone struggling with stress. So many people either experience it themselves or know that someone who does. It's definitely the biggest single reason that clients come to see me. .


For the clients that cite stress as the trigger for coming to see me, the reasons that they are experiencing stress are varied. It may be work, domestic life (children, parents or maybe a partner), health concerns, menopause, life after the children have left home, retirement, or a combination of these. The list goes on and on. And since most of us will experience some, many or all of these things, it's no wonder that stress is so common.
