The way we view and react to negative life events is key. Life will always be full of things we perceive as 'good' or 'bad'. We can't control life events and but we can choose to respond to them in a healthy way.
If a series of life events feels overwhelming to you, make an effort to look for the positives. This might be time with family, time with a good book, or a meet up with friends. Remind yourself of the things that bring you joy.
But if you continue to struggle, do talk about how you are feeling to a friend or GP. Or maybe a clinical hypnotherapist......
